As a Teacher, I understand the value of implementing the Early Years Learning Framework and have had many years of experience incorporating this alongside children’s interests, family input and the specific needs of the individual child, making sure to be inclusive and supportive of cultural diversity. I also have extensive experience and success promoting School Readiness experiences based on children’s individual needs. I use the EYLF outcomes paralleled with each child’s strengths, needs and interests in order to plan fun and exciting, educational and meaningful experiences in correlation with the child’s personal development. I am competent, self-motivated and an energetic Teacher with a strong sense of professionalism and a passion for teaching children in the ever so important years before they venture into formal schooling. My Family Day Care will support your child’s desire to explore and learn through crafts, group activities, construction and messy play, imaginative and inventive experiences, indoor and outdoor play times and free flowing exploration of interest based activities throughout the day. Overall, the children will develop a strong sense of self and a positive outlook on learning through achieving successes in everyday experiences.
