The Thursday night training session was a showcase of different age groups pushing themselves and sweating it out. It's amazing how the Wyndham community has taken to Kyokushin Karate. One of our goals is to help raise responsible members who contribute positively to our community. Kyokushin Karate is about physical and mental discipline - the ultimate truth!

We are excited to announce that Australian Kyokushin Karate will be collaborating with Kritha in offering self defense classes for Women and Children. Kritha is an organisation doing amazing work for multicultural Women in Melbourne. Australian Kyokushin Karate is thrilled to be part of this project. Congratulations to all that participated in our Mid year grading from you all demonstrated remarkable perseverance throughout the session.

Last night's training session was outstanding, with 41 students in attendance at the dojo, setting a positive tone as we approach our upcoming Grading on Sunday.

We're excited to see our students receive their well-deserved new belts in the coming weeks, adding a burst of colour and energy to the dojo!
