🌈Our children enjoyed a fun milking the cow activity at preschool. They had the opportunity to learn where milk 🥛comes from and how cows 🐄are milked. The children took turns squeezing the pretend cow’s udders and collecting the milk in a container.🐄🥛
This hands-on activity encouraged fine motor skills, coordination, sensory exploration, and imaginative play.

🌈🦋Today our children explored where different foods come from by learning about fruits, vegetables, and animal products. Through this activity,pictures, and discussions, they discovered that fruits and vegetables grow on plants, while foods such as milk, eggs, and honey come from animals.

🐝 Our children learned about pollination by exploring how flowers 🌷 makes seeds.They discovered that bees🐝,butterflies 🦋and other insects 🐜 help move pollen from one flower to another.
Through hands-on activities,children observed flowers and discussed how pollination helps plant grow.💦

Cross-Care Team Visit: A multidisciplinary team visited our childcare centre to assess the child's development and support needs. The assessment included speech and language, behaviour, and occupational therapy. The visit aimed to observe the child's participation in the childcare environment, identify strengths and areas requiring support, and provide recommendations to assist the child's learning, communication, and daily activities. The team will use the assessment findings to plan appropriate ongoing support.
