Summer is here, and the kids in our care have been having a blast painting their very own beachside! From the sun shining bright in the sky to the waves crashing onto the shore, their imaginations ran wild as they created their perfect summer scene.

With their paintbrushes in hand and shells, the kids carefully crafted sandcastles and drew seagulls soaring through the air. They used vibrant blues, greens, and yellows to bring their beachside to life, and the end result was truly breathtaking.

But it wasn't just about creating a beautiful painting the kids also learned about the importance of the beach and how we can all work together to protect it. They discovered how trash and pollution can harm our oceans and the creatures that live in them, and they brainstormed ways to keep our beaches clean and healthy.

Overall, it was an unforgettable day filled with creativity, learning, and fun in the sun. We hope their paintings inspire you to enjoy all that summer has to offer and to cherish the beauty of our beaches!

Who needs fancy craft supplies when you have the great outdoors? This week , we're exploring the endless possibilities of crafting with sticks and leaves! πŸŒΏπŸ‚

We've been busy collecting all kinds of sticks and leaves from around the yard, and our little ones have been using their imaginations to turn them into amazing creations. From leafy crowns fit for a king or queen πŸ‘‘, to stick figure families with twiggy pets 🐢, the possibilities are endless!

Not only is crafting with nature materials a fun and engaging activity for kids, it also helps them develop their creativity and problem-solving skills. Plus, it's a great way to get them outside and exploring the natural world around them.

So next time you're out for a walk, be sure to bring a bag and collect some sticks and leaves for your own crafting adventures. And if you're looking for some inspiration, be sure to check out what our little crafters have been up to this week! πŸŒΏπŸ‚"

Separation anxiety is a normal part of development for children and while it doesn’t affect all children, it is pretty common. Though separation anxiety is a perfectly normal part of childhood development, it can be unsettling. It’s important to note that with the right strategies, getting through stages of separation anxiety can be achieve relatively stress-free at drop offs.

Hands down one of of my favorite math's topics to teach would have to be shapes and there's no better way to introduce 2D shapes and 3D shapes than with play.
