It has been a busy time for a number of our students who have been participating in their Adventurous Journeys this semester. Bronze and Silver groups have hiked a few times in D'Aguilar National Park and Lamington National Park. Silver and Gold groups hiked along the Sunshine Coast Great Walk, and a Silver group will be hiking in Mount Barney National Park in a few weeks. Some of our Bronze, Silver and Gold participants have also been sailing with South Passage.

For founder Brad King and passionate volunteer Nicolette Moore the early mornings and physical work are worth the payoff. Farm Animal Rescue volunteers have created a place where animals who have been abused, neglected or abandoned are nursed back to health and live freely.

Created with our community in mind, the new look and feel is designed to help inspire young people to participate in the Duke of Ed through using more modern, dynamic photography and inspirational language highlighting the outcomes of using the Award Framework. Additionally, users can now effortlessly access resources, information, and updates.

Big thanks to our community of young people, parents/guardians, Award Leaders and supporters that shared input throughout the journey.
