A huge congratulations to Zara Moraitis (Year 12), who is just about to complete her Certificate III in Entertainment!

Zara’s incredible hard work, dedication, and passion for the industry have truly paid off—she has officially secured paid employment with 45 Productions! If the name sounds familiar, they are the fantastic team behind the technical production of our school performances.

Zara’s pathway continues to shine brightly, as she has now been accepted into SAE College to study a Bachelor of Audio.

We are so incredibly proud of Zara for turning her passion into a professional pathway before even graduating. She is a shining example of where VET and skills-based training can take you!

Our Year 8.1 English students absolutely blew us away today! They took on the ‘Write A Book In A Day’ challenge in support of The Kids Cancer Project.

Working in small groups, these talented students wrote, edited, and illustrated an entire children’s book from scratch in just a single day.

These books are headed straight to children’s hospital cancer wards across Australia to bring some magic to brave kids. Plus, our teams are fundraising to support vital cancer research.

A truly beautiful combination of learning, service, and charity.

We couldn’t be prouder! 🌟

From the QBE Sydney Swans Academy to Richmond, Victoria and back to where it all began—Imogen Brown’s AFL journey since her days at St Clare’s College has come full circle.

Imogen represented St Clare’s in Representative AFL and played for local club Maroubra Saints, and she had a standout junior career in the Coates League and VFLW.

Imogen earned her first AFLW opportunity with the Richmond Tigers in 2024. However, a trade ahead of the 2025 season brought the talented midfielder/forward back home to Sydney to join the Sydney Swans senior list.

Following a challenging 2025 campaign interrupted by injury, Imogen dedicated herself to a rigorous pre-season. All that hard work culminated on Sunday 16 August, when she made her highly anticipated debut for the Swans, where she scored the match-winning goal in the final minute of the game to secure a spectacular victory.

With her first senior game and goal now on the board, we look forward to watching Imogen continue to build on this incredible milestone throughout the 2026 season and beyond.

Our Year 11 Health and Movement Science students recently visited PhysXRehab to bridge the gap between theory and practice for Focus Area 2: The Body and Mind in Motion.

Students participated in a range of professional assessments, from sprint and 30–15 fitness tests to force and jump analysis. Using specialised equipment, they measured key metrics like power, strength, and overall movement efficiency.

Seeing firsthand how sports science technology guides safe, effective training and rehabilitation was highly beneficial to their learning.

A massive congratulations to the incredibly talented Saskia Grebert (Year 12), who is officially taking her next big steps into the world of design!

Saskia has been working hard this year, having successfully completed a Certificate III in Design Fundamentals course alongside her HSC studies. Combined with the skills, technique, and creativity she has refined in our school Textiles classes, this dual focus has perfectly paved her pathway toward a bright future in the design industry.

We are so proud of Saskia’s dedication to mastering her craft and turning her creative vision into a professional journey!
