Congratulations to our 1ST AFL on finishing runners-up in the NSW/ACT Senior School Cup Boys State Final.

The boys played a high-quality and extremely hard-fought match against Erindale College, Canberra. After a close first three quarters, Erindale proved too strong, winning the match 10.14.74 to 6.5.41.

A great experience against a high-level opponent, and one we hope to challenge again in next season’s State Final!

A night to remember 💙💛

A few weeks on, we’re looking back at some of the highlights from this year’s Blue & Gold Ball - an incredible celebration of the Waverley community that raised close to $170,000 in support of our future Science & Innovation Centre.

Thank you again to Old Boy Andrew Coorey for leading the evening as MC, to our generous sponsors and donors, and to everyone who joined us and supported this important cause.

The impact of the evening will extend well beyond the Ball, helping us create a transformative learning space for generations of Waverley students.

There is still an opportunity to support the Science & Innovation Centre and be part of this important project via the link below.

What an incredible Fun Run day at the Junior School! From getting hosed, covered in colour and watching teachers get slimed during the Colour Run to enjoying a sausage sizzle and afternoon activities, the boys had an absolute blast.

Together, our amazing community raised an astounding $38,386.61 for three special charities: Educating the Future; R U OK?; Indigenous Literacy Foundation.

A huge thank you to the local Fire Brigade, our dedicated staff and parent helpers for keeping today running smoothly, and to our wonderful parents for your generous support and encouragement over the last few weeks.

Yesterday, the College community came together to celebrate the Feast of the Assumption of Mary, a significant day in our Catholic tradition and a reminder of faith, dignity and hope.

Thank you to Fr Mario Debattista OFM for celebrating Mass with us, and to Ms Mary Ryan for her thoughtful reflection on the meaning of ‘grace’.
