To a child, a puddle can be an adventure. A stick can become anything. A question can open up an entire new world.
A TG’s Educator sees that too.
Being an Educator at TG’s is more than having qualifications or fulfilling a role. It’s having the ability to enter a child’s world, listen closely, notice what others might miss and recognise the potential within each child.
That is TG’s Way.
Our Educators know when to encourage, when to listen, when a child needs support and when to give them the confidence to discover something for themselves. They build relationships with families and become active members of the communities around their centres.
And as children grow, our Educators grow too, developing a professional identity and leadership they can be proud of.
Because great Educators don’t simply teach children about the world. They never lose the ability to see the wonder in it alongside them.
This is Playing is Learning for Life.
