Hello all - for those of you who weren't at class last Thursday we want to advise that our training nights will now be Monday and Thursday each week at the same times - juniors 5:15 to 6:00 pm and seniors 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Apologies for the change of training nights but this has been dictated by the availability of the venue - now the Rotary Hall, Oxley Lane, Wauchope thank you all

Hello karate ka - you may have heard our CWA training hall has been damaged once again so NO TRAINING this Tuesday.
We will train on Thursday 16 April at the Rotary Hall behind Bain Park at the usual times
