Thankyou to everyone who supported me at Waubra Family Day Care.
We welcomed Lola Grace into our family in October so I’ve been taking some enjoyable time off!
This means I will be relaunching my family day care from my home in Ballarat at the end of February.
I’m so happy I’m able to have some of my Waubra families coming to me in Ballarat and can’t wait to welcome you into our home!

The kids loved getting hands on making Banana bread today for afternoon tea- taking turns can be emotional though.

Waubra family day care is looking for a fabulous educator to take over for Lauren while she has her second baby in October.
For the role you will need a minimum of or working towards your certificate 3 in childcare.
You will be taking over a successful business that has full books 4 days a week with beautiful local families with the potential to work more or less as desired.
You will be working under the management of Holistic Approach Family Day Care, You will be running your own business from a rental property in Waubra.

A few of the thing we have been up to for Halloween. We are very excited to welcome Ted to day care this week, thanks Thomas for welcoming him with a big kiss.

We did a little grass experiment a few weeks ago, we have been giving our little guy haircuts each week. Today Jack told me that the grass outside needed a haircut. I always just roll with whatever the children come up with because it’s always fun. 🤪

Not only did this sensory board cost under $40, it has provided days of endless entertainment for the babies at Waubra and the bigger kids love it too!

Eric Carle, the author of the hungry caterpillar, passed away last sunday. So today we read 2 of his books with our friends on the computer and then we made our own hungry caterpillar.

Celebrating ‘Reconciliation week’ the kids baked some cookies and decorated them with the Aboriginal flag.
