While following the Early Years Learning Framework incorporating Steiner and nature play philosophies. At the heart of Waterford FDC, is the guiding principle of a holistic and integrated educational approach to early childhood development. Steiner/Waldorf education focuses on developing the different dimensions of a child: emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. What makes this educational approach so special is that each child is honoured as a unique individual, and his or her development is founded on this understanding. About Erica educator, I have an advance Diploma in child care services. I have worked in the Early Childhood Sector for 26+ years, as Educator as well as Coordinator and Management in Family Day Care.
