๐ŸŽIn preparation of our Wattle children beginning transition days to school we created schools from our local communities that many of them will be attending. The children had the opportunity to decorate the cardboard cut outs with fabric and then add the school emblem on it. ๐ŸŽ

๐Ÿ˜ Over the coming week, the children will add their pictures to the school they will be attending displaying belonging and community. ๐Ÿ˜

๐ŸŽBottlebrush children spent the morning outside enjoying the warmer weather that is finally starting to arrive. Their first Hungry Caterpillar experience was a โ€œFeeding the Caterpillarโ€ activity. Using a green box with the caterpillarโ€™s face and an open mouth, the children used wooden food pieces to feed the very hungry caterpillar. This experience supported the development of their fine motor skills as they grasped and placed the different foods into the caterpillarโ€™s mouth.๐ŸŽ
