I thoroughly enjoyed Sophia as my life coach in the first half of 2016, on a weekly basis. The homework she gave me was always really interesting - right on the mark, and usually quite surprising. She's a naturally good listener, and when she read her notes back to me, I was stunned with her clarity, considering how confused I was at the time. The clarity and coaching got done, but it was with a lot of humour. When I started the coaching with her, I was very overwhelmed and confused about my life. I was stuck in my business and was having difficulty moving forward. I chose Sophia as a coach because she has a reputation for being a professional person who excels at her craft.
