I understand that at first glance, this may not seem significant. However, this achievement represents extensive experience, dedication, and growth. It showcases the progress of a young woman who can now independently care for 10 calves and operate the gate with confidence. This accomplishment has been a long journey spanning 4 years, and we have successfully reached our goal. Words cannot fully express how proud I am of this achievement. This is what being a Support Worker is all about.

We have maintained a low profile here at Stepping Up Disability Services, but rest assured, we have been far from idle. The winter season has provided ample opportunities for individuals to engage in outings, exploring new locations, as well as revisiting familiar spots such as Portland, where we encountered an immense ship today. I’ve said it before
and I’ll say it again,I love my job! 🌻
