A week late...

Congratulations to the Spartan team who came down to Bones to compete/coach/support, all competitors did excellently, improvements and adjustments are always being made and everyone stepped up to the challenge.

Thanks to BonesMMA and all the crew for putting on another excellent interclub day, always a pleasure to get up and train with the Bones crew.

What a fantastic day competing up in Ballarat, 15 Spartans stepped onto ring over the weekend, everyone fought their asses off, showed incredible heart and couldn't have represented Spartan Muay Thai any better.

Thanks to the team they hosted an excellent day all the matches were competitive and everyone looked after each other which is what interclubs are all about.

Spartans, well done again. Win loose or draw be proud of what you've achieved, but this is only the beginning.. time to get back on the mat and dial on what we all learnt from the weekend.

Iron sharpens iron 💪

Everyone is looking dialled in for competition this weekend.

Less than two weeks until competition day. There's definitely an extra bit of intensity on the mat, everyone is sharpening their tools and sharpening their minds for game day.

Can't wait for the 28th 💪
