This National Reconciliation Week, our boutique village was filled with reflection, connection and the beautiful stories of our First Nations people. We believe that an inclusive education starts as a tiny seed of respect, nurtured early, to bloom into a lifelong appreciation for the land we live and play on.

Our classrooms came alive with hands-on learning experiences designed to help our children connect with and contribute to their world:
❤️ First Nations flag sensory trays, feeling textures while learning the rich meaning behind the colours.
💛 Paper bark and gum leaf painting - discovering how natural materials have been used for storytelling for thousands of years.
🖤 Inspired by traditional "cave" drawings and handprints, the children collaborated on art that celebrates teamwork and history.

We are so incredibly grateful to cultivate our future leaders right here on this beautiful land.

🏈 NRL Footy Fun Day🏈

What an exciting day we had in Preschool yesterday as the children took part in our NRL Footy Fun Day! This came from the children’s huge interest of and 🦅

The children had the opportunity to experience the enjoyment of Australian footy through a variety of fun games and activities. They practised running, passing, kicking, and working together as a team while building their confidence and developing their gross motor skills. It was wonderful to see the children encouraging one another, showing great sportsmanship, and most importantly, having lots of fun!

Following the games, we held a special prize presentation where the children proudly celebrated their participation and teamwork. There were many big smiles as the teams received their awards and cheered for their friends.

To make the day even more special, Miss Leah became our DJ and turned the celebration into a fun dance party! The children enjoyed dancing, singing along to the music, and sharing lots of laughter with their peers.

It was a fantastic day filled with teamwork, active play, friendship, and fun. We are so proud of all the children for their enthusiasm, positive attitudes, and willingness to give everything a go!

The response to our May sessions has been so wonderful that we’ve decided to keep the garden gates open! We are thrilled to announce that our FREE Community Yoga will continue every Friday until Fri 3rd July!

🔎 Tiny magnifying glasses, massive discoveries. 🐝

To celebrate National Bee Week, our Little Seeds dived into the sweet, busy world of our favourite local pollinators! This wasn’t just a craft day; it was a deeply immersive lesson in biodiversity and early science.

Our educators created a vibrant, yellow-and-black striped sensory tray packed with coloured rice, lentils, black beans, mini brick blocks and wooden towers resembling beehives—all surrounded by flowers and greenery. Equipped with magnifying glasses, they studied the textures up close, sparking incredible curiosity about how bees support our ecosystem.

Following the sensory exploration, the children huddled around the table to draw different beehive structures while we talked through bee colonies and the magic of how they make honey.

We believe when children are nurtured in an environment that feels like a "home away from home," they gain the self-confidence to ask big questions and explore deeply.

to our Irrawong Falls Adventure! 🌿💦

Taking a look back at one of our favourite expeditions to Irrawong Falls! This wasn't just a day trip - it was a purposeful journey into the heart of our local Country.

In honour of Nature Play Week, our preschoolers traded the classroom for the canopy, discovering firsthand how the natural world fuels creativity and resilience.

We are lucky to have these incredible landscapes right in our North Narrabeen backyard. It’s all part of our commitment to a curiosity-led, "beyond the gate" education.
