Last night, our First Holy Communion candidates and their families came together for a special preparation workshop ahead of receiving the sacrament. ✝️🤍

Thank you to Fr Abraham for his leadership and guidance throughout the evening, and to Mrs Wise and Mrs Storer for the time and care they have given to preparing the children.

We also thank our families for being there and for continuing to support their child’s faith formation.

These shared moments of learning, prayer and preparation are such an important part of the journey towards First Holy Communion.

We look forward to celebrating this very special sacrament with the children soon. 🙏

🎾 Stage One are heading down to the courts for the rest of the term as we learn the basics of tennis in PE!

A big thank you to Sarah from Warren and District Tennis Club and Amy Andrews for giving our students the opportunity to learn some new skills, get active and have plenty of fun along the way! 🎾

We’re looking forward to lots more tennis this term!

🎉 Congratulations, DIO Athletes! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
A huge congratulations to all of our students who participated in the DIO Athletics Carnival! It was wonderful to see everyone giving their best, supporting one another and showing such fantastic sportsmanship, encouragement and school spirit throughout the day. 💙

A special congratulations to all the students who have qualified to go on to Polding! We wish you the very best as you take the next step — we are incredibly proud of you! 🏅👏

And a very big thank you to Mrs Bourke and Holy Family Parkes for all your hard work in organising such a fantastic carnival. Your time, effort and organisation helped make the day such a success, and it is very much appreciated! 💐
