We are incredibly proud to announce that ECTARC Training Services has been named a finalist in the 2026 Australian Training Awards in the Innovation in VET Award category for our Deadly Connections Program in Bourke!

This national recognition is a wonderful acknowledgement of the passion, dedication and collaboration behind Deadly Connections and the difference this innovative program is making in supporting students and strengthening communities.

Our little learners have been busy discovering the colours, textures and scents of the natural world through hands-on sensory play.

Using herbs, natural pigments and traditional grinding tools, children explored how different materials can be mixed, crushed and transformed. These experiences encourage curiosity, creativity, fine motor development and a deeper appreciation for the environment around them.
