As we welcome the Winter Solstice—a sacred time of reflection, renewal and transformation—I am honoured to share that Journey Holistic Wellbeing is evolving into 🌸 Samantha Jane Holistic Wellness & Celebrancy 🌸

This rebrand is more than a new name; it is a reflection of my own journey and a deeper alignment with who I am, weaving together the wisdom I have gathered through education, life experiences and the work I feel truly called to offer. It represents a more authentic expression of my heart and the ways I am able to support others through healing, connection, growth and life's meaningful transitions.

Through a holistic approach to wellbeing, healing and celebration, I offer Yoga, Reiki, Fertility Massage, Womb Attunement, Shamanic Circles, Menstrual Education and Celebrancy Services. Whether you are navigating change, seeking connection, celebrating a milestone or simply longing for a space to be yourself, my intention is to walk alongside you with compassion and care.

My approach is grounded in authenticity, respect and non-judgement. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, honouring your unique story and holding space for your journey without expectation or agenda.

While the name is changing, the heart of my work remains the same:

The healing is done.

For the last eight years, you have been fixing the parts of yourself that felt broken, doing the kind of heavy internal work that is never witnessed externally or clapped for.

Today, that long era of constantly needing to repair yourself is over.

You don't have to keep digging into your past to prove you're ready for what's next.

The chapter ahead isn't about learning how to survive another hard thing; it’s just about finally living as the person you worked so hard to become.

Embrace being a beginner.
Do you not do things because you fear looking silly? Like you don’t know? Because you might make a mistake?
What a way to keep you from being a lifelong learner and life being a whole lot more fun!

I tried my first pilates reformer class this week @ Warragul Wellness Centre . And I embraced the beginner!

Loved it. I’m hooked again on the challenge of improving and growing stronger.

Not bad for 51 and I don’t intend to stop any time soon!

Welcome to this Full Moon in the fiery, initiating sign of Aries

What does this mean -

It was a New Moon in Virgo two weeks ago, inviting us to priestess our lives, to tend to our bodies, to course-correct towards wholeness, even and especially in TINY ways.

The law of compound interest applies as much to our health and joy as to finances…

And now we dance with this Full Moon in Aries…

In traditional astrology, there's not a clear line of communication between Aries and Virgo.

So, we are called to act on faith (Aries trailblazing), trusting that our unsung courage, humble choices and small adjustments will make a difference (Virgo priestessing). Not easy...

This Full Moon in Aries reminds and empowers us:
We are free, and we are freeing ourselves from the habits and patterns that keep us from living our radiant

~Saturn Direct ~

In a significant moment for those who keep an eye on cosmic shifts, Saturn stationed direct this week.

Saturn entered the earth sign of Capricorn in December 2017. Since then, we’ve been living this call to restructure our lives in order to become more aligned (think, cosmic chiropractics!).

Symbolically, we are on the ‘final strait’ of this particular energy: integrating the changes and moving forward! What about you?
