Waiting for a beat, following a cue, or picking out one instrument from a room full of noise gives kids real practice at listening closely. Not just hearing sounds, but paying attention on purpose.

BABY BARDS is another incredible class for our little ones about to head off to school next year to help with school readiness ✨🎭

In collaboration with the wonderful team at Backyard Bards Gippsland, Baby Bards gives little performers the chance to explore their creativity, build confidence and discover the joy of performing. Singing, dancing, acting AND circus, all in one magical class! Whether your little one is a budding street performer or preparing for their moment in the spotlight, Baby Bards is the perfect creative outlet for 4-5 year olds.

WHEN: Wednesdays at 11:00am, Term 4
AGES: 4-5 year olds

For our little ones heading off to school, this final term of the year is such a wonderful time to build confidence, independence and new skills and get them ready for next year. And our KINDER KEYS class is a great place to start! 🎹🌟

Designed for 5-year-olds, Kinder Keys introduces children to the keyboard in a fun, engaging and age-appropriate way. Picking up an instrument at this age is hugely beneficial for school readiness!

WHEN: Wednesdays at 1:15pm, Term 4

Ahoy! We had a morning full of laughs and squawking fun. "Build our own traditions and memories" we say and YOU can too 🏴‍☠️ Think we will do this every year 😎 What a hoot!

Thankyou to our beautiful guests who came and joined us today for Pirate-y fun 🦜🎶💃

(Yes, we like to bring our own kids to work and be a part of the chaos! The Village doesn't stop at classes at Fiddlesticks and we wouldn't have it any other way).

Me lads and lassies, Saturday is 'International Talk Like a Pirate Day', didn' ye hear?!

A Pirate-y craft for ye bairns- we be making these with Jayne at our BABY Bards Pirate Party on Saturday morn! 10am-11:30am at Fiddlesticks 🎻and ofcourse some games and shanties for the crew🏴‍☠️

All you need is:

A colourful paper cup
Joogly eyes
Colourful string or wool
Feathers
Plain twine
Glue
A piece of fabric (dampen to pull on the string to make your parrot "SQUAWK!" 🦜
