Massive thanks to Tamworth Regional Council for hosting and inviting us to attend the Young Drivers' Expo. This day is filled with scenarios and workshops to promote safe driving amongst our highest risk taking age group. Topics covered include statistics, crash scene investigations, heavy vehicle awareness, insurance, brain injury impact, drug and alcohol testing, braking (dry then wet) and cornering and legal proceedings. Thanks to our students for being entirely respectful and responsible through the day. Special shout out to Kayla and Zeva who volunteered themselves to actively participate in a workshop quiz game!

NSWCHSSA Runners-Up
Congratulations to our Warialda HS U16 Girls Rugby 7s who earned a silver medal in the final vs Hunter Sports HS this afternoon. A great result for a little country school full of big characters! A detailed tournament summary will follow after a shopping expedition and journey home.

🔴Rock It Red 🔴

This time last week, our school came together for a special fundraiser in memory of Emmi Butler, raising funds for Red Nose Day. Our “Rock It Red” event was a wonderful success, with $178 donated to support this important cause. Thank you so much to everyone in our school and community for showing your support and making a difference. ❤️

16s Rugby Union Girls

Preparations and training have been in full swing, with plenty of skill development and motivational talks from Mr. Beattie! Our girls are now ready to board the bus early on Monday and make the first of two trips representing our school with pride. A huge thank you to all our sponsors and community members for your incredible support. We’re excited to keep you updated on their journey and how they go! Let’s go, team! 🚍💪🎉
