I've been managing two roles this year having started a new job in April. I'm still doing sessions, in amongst quite a few trips to New Zealand. I love the manifestation of the highest outcome of my work, and it's been an amazing ride, but far too long since I had a group offering.

If you've been feeling like you're going through motions, lacking joy in life, but still attempting to be high functioning, it's possible you could be experiencing burnout, or even high functioning depression.

In my latest offering, we will be experiencing a sanctuary of pure peace, reconnection and self acceptance, with some hands on healing and reflection. Quietude.

Both Mercury and Venus will be retrograde in March, the planets are going crazy and quietly, sorry, so are the people. It's a month where you will need to hold strong boundaries. Strong grounding techniques, and remaining true to yourself and your priorities will help you ride the waves.

After a year of home schooling and a quiet period of restoration following our Europe trip, I'm very pleased to let you know I will be back to full time work from Thursday 30 January.
My sessions will continue to be a combination of Life Alignment, Biodynamic Craniosacral and Spinal Flow for maximum relaxation, trauma release and healing.
I look forward to supporting you in your healing journey in 2025.

Day 2 Paris market pictures
As we walked our way from the Arc de Triomphe to the Eiffel Tower we came to a beautiful market. The stall holders were so friendly, the aroma of the food was delicious and an abundance of incredible produce was a delight. I could have stayed much longer. Most people spoke a little English, enough we could get by. We caught site of whole hares, with their coats intact ...which was a shock to Sarah and I, and we scooted past very quickly. Some pics below of our wander through the market.
The size of the prawns! Never seen any like it before! The aromas ...hmm delicious.
We bought a tub of beautiful fat blackberries and demolished them as we walked. We ate lunch in the gardens.

Day 2
The Louvre ...literally blew our minds.
So many beautiful art works and treasures. Incredible. We found a painting in the museum of the area where we are staying. We recognised it from the view yesterday when we arrived.
