Men's Health Week
Mon 15 - Fri 21 June 2026
This week is Men's Health Week, raising awareness about the importance of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing for boys and men.

Looking after your health isn't just about exercise and nutrition; it's also about checking in with yourself, connecting with others and seeking support when needed.

As part of this week's focus, students, staff and the community are encouraged to participate in the Headspace Men's Health Week Self-Care Challenge. The bingo card includes simple activities that promote positive wellbeing, such as connecting with friends, getting active, practicing gratitude and taking time to relax.

Small actions can make a big difference. Let's work together to support positive mental health and wellbeing in our community.

For more information or support, speak with a trusted adult, your GP or visit Headspace https://headspace.org.au/
