We were advised last night by the boxers that they have a seminar on this Saturday from 10am to 1pm and they require the floor space. We will need to CANCEL the 10am weapons class and move the 11am class to the Aikido dojo upstairs.

As a kid in the 80’s, Richard Norton was one of those martial artists you waited to see in an action movie, and was so excited to see the Video available at the local store. Many rewinds and slow motion replays to try to emulate his moves. Rest In Peace. Now up there training with our other fallen hero’s.

From his early days as a stuntman to becoming a global martial arts movie icon, Richard's journey was nothing short of legendary. He will forever be remembered for his sharp sense of humor, humble spirit, and unwavering dedication—as a martial artist, teacher, and devoted husband.

Rest in power, Richard Norton. Your legacy lives on in every kick, punch, and lesson you left behind.

It’s Black Belt embroidery time! For those who have confirmed their Shodan and don’t yet have their embroidery done, please let the Sensei know so we can put in an order. This will include a new belt so we will also need to know what size you need. As a guide, the cost will be around $50.
