At Child Australia, we use a simple shared language for child safety - *See it. Stop it. Say it.*

Drawing on best practice and evidence-based research, we developed our own initiative *See it. Stop it. Say it.* and we're rolling it out across every service we operate.
It's the standard we hold our educators to. And it's how we invite you in.

👀 𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝘁. - Our educators are trained to notice the small things, body language, a shift in mood, an interaction that doesn't quite sit right. We use an Adult Behaviour Traffic Light Framework that names what's safe, what's concerning, and what's harmful — including the boundary-blurring behaviours that often go unspoken in our sector.

🤚 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗶𝘁. - When something doesn't fit our standard, we interrupt early. Quietly. Firmly. Before it becomes a problem.

🗣️ 𝗦𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘁. - We have clear escalation pathways to service leaders, to Compliance Leaders, to Senior Leaders, and where required, directly to the Regulatory Authority. Raising a concern in good faith isn't just permitted at Child Australia. It's expected, supported, and protected.

Week 1 of Holiday care done and dusted and what a big week it has been - The children made homemade gifts for their family and with a lot of help from Miss Tanya they created beautiful and tasty Food hampers for their loved ones and last of all our end of year Celebration Lunch.

Parents tell us how much they appreciate the way their children are welcomed and included each afternoon at Wanguri OSHC.
