It was great to hear and read about students' interests, strengths and what careers they would like to try first - at the Hands On Trades Career Expo yestreday at Winton Raceway. 136 students took the time to complete our survey and activity! We were impressed with the range of careers students are interested in trying first and knowledge of the skills and qualifications they might need to get there. A great day organised by NE Tracks LLEN

The Country Universities Centre welcomes the Minister for Education’s announcement on the $66.9 million investment to double the number of Regional University Study Hubs (formerly Regional University Centres) across Australia.
This delivers on the first immediate action of the Australian Universities Accord Interim Report that Education Minister Jason Clare will release on Wednesday.
STARS and EPHEA are collaborating to provide a FREE webinar as an opportunity for all staff across the higher education sector to hear from experts to gain a deep understanding of what is proposed in the initial Accord recommendations and what this might mean for the sector.
The CUC CEO Chris Ronan will join the panel to explore the initial Accord recommendations and generate discussion and insights about creating an accessible and inclusive higher education system.
