BOOK WEEK PARADE sausage sizzle 🌭 info ⬇️
We have had a few enquires about the sausage sizzle and how to order. This is a SCHOOL organised event to help raise funds for the library resources so is on school bytes and not flexischools. Please see info below on how to order if you are having any trouble.

Info from school email:
Following the Book Week Parade this year we will be having a sausage sizzle. All money raised will go to our Library to purchase literacy resources. Sausages and drinks need to be preordered through School Bytes.

To order go to your School Bytes Portal. Click on the Payment tab and then click on add other item (or the "+" sign if you are on a phone).

Choose the category "Sausage Sizzle" and then add which options and quantities you would like to order.

Orders will close on Tuesday 25 August to allow us time to order the sausages.

You can also order via the office and pay cash if you prefer.

We are looking forward to another wonderful Book Parade and Picnic.

💙 Father’s Day Stall 💙

We are looking forward to our Father’s Day stall on Monday, August 31. All gifts are $7. Credit can be purchased now on Flexischools, or bring cash on the day. We can’t wait to see what special gifts the students will choose.

Todays lost property delivery to the front office.
These are all items with NO names on them.

⚠️please claim and pick up at the front of the office any items you know are your child’s BEFORE end of term. School will then be donating any unclaimed items to either uniform shop or community donations.

🏷️ Named clothing or items are sorted by office admin to be returned to students in class.

🧼 All teams are cleaned ready for pick up.

🧺 Wamberal Public School – Lost Property Rescue 🧺

Another busy week for our Lost Property Rescue Program!

This week we've collected, washed and sorted 26 lost items, including:

👕 15 school jackets
🧢 2 school hats
🍱 3 lunch boxes
🥤 1 Drink bottle
🕶️ 1 Sunglasses
👚 Plus 1 x other clothing items.

Every clothing item has been washed and sanitised before being returned to school to ensure hygiene safety.

If you recognise something belonging to your child, simply comment with your child's name and class and we'll arrange for it to be returned through the school office.

💙 Since starting this volunteer project we've already reunited a number of uniforms with families, with 7 items already collected and another 4 identified and ready for collection.

If your child has outgrown their Wamberal Public School uniform, we'd also love clean donations. Suitable uniforms help stock our Sick Bay Uniform Bank or become affordable second-hand uniforms through the P&C Uniform Shop, supporting other local families.
