Thank you to our wonderful Bush School for organising such a vibrant lion dance to celebrate Chinese/Lunar New Year 🧧🐲 It was so special for the students to experience and learn about this beautiful tradition — we’re very grateful!

A huge thank you to Mark James at Bunya Landscaping for his outstanding craftsmanship, expertise, and attention to detail in bringing this project to life. We also extend our sincere thanks to the dads who generously volunteered their time and effort to help get this project across the finish line.

Father’s Day Gift Stall 🎁💙

The P&C is excited to host this year’s Father’s Day Gift Stall on Wednesday, 3 September.

Students will have the opportunity to purchase a special gift for their Dads, Grandads, or special carers.

All gifts are $10 each

Students can bring cash on the day or pre-purchase via the Flexischools App

Every student will be able to choose their own gift at the stall

A second stall will be held at recess on Thursday, 4 September for any exchanges or for students wishing to purchase an extra gift.

We look forward to helping the children find something special to celebrate the father figures in their lives! 💙

Bush School’s First-Ever Lapathon will be held on Friday, 5th September.

Finally, after all the trivia, baking, and volunteering from parents, the time has come to put fundraising into the hands, well, feet, of the kids!

The kids will be seeking sponsorship to walk laps of our 650m school track, raising funds for the playground extension kicking off in Term 4, including a new playground in the mulch area and resurfaced courts.

If every child raised just $50, that’s more than $25,000 towards the project. Better still, if every child raised $100, that's more than $50,000! There’ll be prizes for the individual who raises the most and for the class with the highest total too!
