Mossies are plentiful in our outdoor environment. All children use sunscreen the insect repellent is applied.
Apply the sunscreen first and then insect repellent to keep mossies away.
*DEET-containing repellents may decrease the sun protection factor (SPF) so re-apply the sunscreen more frequently.
*Most insect skin repellents are safe on children 3 months and older but always check the label.
*Protect babies younger than 3 months by using an infant carrier draped with mosquito netting that is secured along the edges.

Viral gastroenteritis is highly infectious, cleaning up immediately after someone vomits or has diarrhoea protects others in your home from getting sick.
• Wear gloves and a mask when cleaning up.
• Clean surfaces free of vomit or faeces with hot soapy water. Then disinfect with a bleach solution prepared according to manufacturer's instructions.
• Bleach should only be used on hard, non-porous surfaces.
• It is important to clean the entire area so you don’t miss any drops of vomit or faeces that you can’t see.
Remember to also wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

Well done Sonia, best of luck 💕
Thought I'd drop in to say hello and tell you a bit about myself!
I graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL in 2007, and I've been working as a physiotherapist in the rehabilitation field as a senior clinician and educator in public and private health since -- and in Wagga Wagga since 2011.
I launched Strive Rehab in May 2021, and am very excited to offer my services to the great people of Wagga with this new venture. Combining physiotherapy and the Pilates approach are a dream come true!
My physiotherapy approach is based on a solid understanding of movement biomechanics and the ability to diagnose and treat movement dysfunction. Treatment is 100% based on *your* goals, and I believe that your road back to wellness is best managed with a holistic and mindful approach.
I'm passionate about helping you recover and achieve health and wellness. I strive to return you back to moving well and feeling well. If you're in need of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or hoping to optimise your health, I look forward to hearing from you -- I'd love to help you reach your goals!
