Year 3 visited Transgrid and Riverside Park yesterday.

Activities at Transgrid included Aboriginal Education, learning about Botanical Oils, learning to count to 10 in Wiradjuri and names of animals in Wiradjuri language, and respect for ourselves and land from Aunty Mary. The children enjoyed learning to cook delicious Johnny Cakes.

We then headed to the Riverside Park on the Murrumbidgee River for some town planning activities lead by Mrs Victoria Power ( WWCC Town Planner) and also Freddie's mum, followed by lunch and a play at the park.

Today the Mater Dei Catholic College and Mater Dei Catholic Primary School communities came together to celebrate Mass in honour of the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Today, Kindergarten are celebrating 100 Days of Learning ! 👵🎓👴

Fr Andrew Grace invited our Captains to a special viewing of the Man of the Shroud Exhibition at Sacred Heart Parish Church on Friday 7 August 2026.

The exhibition features a 14 foot life-size replica of the Shroud of Turin along with the history and science behind it.
