Ever noticed how often we say sorry... when we've done absolutely nothing wrong?

💛 "Sorry, can you show me again?"
💛 "Sorry, I'm not getting it."
💛 "Sorry, I need a break."
💛 "Sorry, I'm asking so many questions."

One of the side effects of spending time at Wagga Pole Studio is learning to be a little kinder to yourself.

If you've been with us for a while, this won't be new. The only new thing is the jar.
Learning takes repetition. Questions are welcome. Bodies have good days and tired days. None of those things require an apology.

So we've started a Not Sorry Jar.
Every time someone catches themselves before an unnecessary "sorry" slips out, they can write themselves a little note and pop it in the jar. It's a tiny celebration of giving ourselves a little more grace.

Because one of the unexpected things people often learn here isn't just pole...
It's that you don't have to apologise for learning, taking up space, or being human. 💛
