I’m incredibly honoured and humbled to be named a finalist in the Outstanding Young Business Leader category at the Wagga Wagga Business Chamber Business Awards.

This recognition means so much, not just for me personally, but for everyone who has been part of the journey at Wagga Wagga First Aid Training.

Over the past 12 months, we have continued to grow from strength to strength. We have expanded our workforce, increased our annual revenue by more than six figures, and built a team that is proudly majority female.

We have also invested in the future of healthcare by mentoring and providing practical placement opportunities for the next generation of paramedic students through the Australian Paramedical College. Most importantly, we have empowered 1,000’s of people with life-saving first aid skills, helping to create a safer and more resilient community.

These achievements would not have been possible without our incredible team, whose passion, professionalism and commitment make a difference every single day.

⛑️ Keeping the community safe at NAIDOC Week!

Today, Sam is proudly on duty representing Wagga Wagga First Aid Training at the RivMed NAIDOC Event, providing professional event first aid services to help ensure everyone can enjoy the celebrations safely.

We hope everyone has a fantastic day celebrating the rich cultures, histories and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We're excited to welcome Ryder McDonnell, proud Wiradjuri and Ngiyaampa man, Cultural Educator and Founder of Ngarringarri Vibrations, to this year's RivMed Community NAIDOC Day.

Throughout the day, Ryder will be sharing cultural demonstrations and knowledge, providing an opportunity for community to connect, learn and experience Aboriginal culture in an engaging and meaningful way.

Ryder founded Ngarringarri Vibrations with a desire to reconnect Aboriginal young people with culture while creating opportunities for people of all backgrounds to learn, appreciate and engage with the world's oldest living culture. Through cultural education, community events, smoking ceremonies and traditional practices, Ryder is passionate about keeping culture strong and ensuring important knowledge continues to be shared for generations to come.

Make sure you stop by, have a yarn and get involved.

Looks like another fantastic turn out at the NAIDOC 3x3 Deadly Gala Day on Wednesday 8th July at Equex MPS.

Registrations are now closed for all 3x3 games.

We invite everyone to the Opening Ceremony at 930am

Registrations for the U10's Skills session remain open and you can also register for this at the stadium on the day by visiting the Information Desk.

The Skills session will commence directly after the Opening Ceremony with an expected time of 10am for approx 1 hour.
