At Stepping Stones Preschool we strive to create an environment that allows children to reach their potential and become enthusiastic and inquiring long term learners. Our curriculum is based around a play based program and closely follows the principles, practices and learning outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework. The educators plan and program to achieve balance between child led, chil

d initiated and educator supported learning. All of our lovely educators encourage children to explore, solve problems, create and construct. We encourage our educators to form worthwhile bonds with our families to achieve the very best for each and every child. It’s with mixed emotions that we say goodbye to our wonderful team member, Taylor, as she embarks on an exciting new adventure.

Taylor has been a cherished part of our team for many years. Her kindness, dedication, and incredible heart have touched the lives of so many—children, families, and staff alike. From everyday moments to big milestones, Taylor has supported us through it all, and her presence will be deeply missed.

While we’re sad to see her go, we are also so proud and excited for what’s ahead. Taylor continues to follow her passion as an early childhood educator, and we know she’ll thrive and bring her magic wherever she goes.

🌟 We’re Hiring – 2 Full-Time Trainee or Qualified Educator Positions

(Cert III / Diploma / ECT)

We’re currently looking for two passionate and committed individuals to join our early childhood team in full-time positions. These roles are open to:

👶 Those wanting to start a career in early childhood education as a Certificate III trainee, or
🎓 Educators who are already qualified with a Cert III, Diploma, or ECT and are looking for a supportive and rewarding workplace.

👉 Casual positions are also available for qualified educators
👉 Permanent part-time may be considered
