This year, Aveley Secondary College is taking the plunge to help freeze Motor Neurone Disease (MND) by fundraising vital funds for FightMND. Throughout the term we will be hosting various fundraising activities culminating in an ice-filled dunk tank on Friday 9 June.

Our first fundraising event will be Saturday 6 May at Bunnings Ellenbrook. Make sure you pop down and get yourself a sausage sizzle and a drink!

The College’s fundraising page can be found below, feel free to share the page with your family and friends. It only takes a minute and any money donated (no matter how large or small) will go a long way to helping us reach our target. All donations raised go to FightMND.

Great addition to the College.

Welcome Brenton.

We are pleased to introduce Brenton Hilton, who will be joining our HPE department. Brenton's passion for sport and capacity to support students are a welcome addition and we are pleased to have him on board.

Hi everyone, my name is Brenton Hilton. I am really excited to be joining Aveley Secondary College as a part of the Health and Physical Education Department in 2023. Creating a learning environment in which students thrive and achieve personal goals will be one of my main priorities this upcoming year.

Along with teaching, I am also enthusiastic with all things Aussie Rules Football. I grew up playing for the Ellenbrook Dockers before moving to the Swan Districts Football Club in the WAFL and am looking forward to sharing my knowledge and experiences with students.

I am eager to meet the students, parents and fellow colleagues within the ASC community next year.
