Part-Time Front Desk Administrator / Customer Service

LESI Digital Music Education Centre, a well-established children’s music education centre in Brisbane, is growing! We are looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Administrator / Customer Service team member to join our team.

📍 Location - Upper Mount Gravatt
🕐 Hours - Approximately 20–25 hours per week (3–4 days/week), including a combination of weekday and weekend shifts
💰 Salary - Negotiable, based on experience and skills

We’re looking for someone who:
1. Holds a valid Australian work visa with working rights, Blue Card
2. Is fluent in English and Mandarin with strong English communication skills
3. Is honest, responsible, reliable and eager to learn!
4. Is confident using Microsoft Office and other common office software
5. Has excellent communication and customer service skills
6. Is proactive, enthusiastic and a great team player
7. Can thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once

Previous experience in front desk administration, customer service or the education industry will be highly regarded.

We’re not simply looking for someone to complete day-to-day reception duties. We’re looking for a positive, reliable and willing-to-learn team member who wants to grow together with us.

⭐🌵 BUSH DANCE // Only 1 Week to Go! 🌵⭐

The countdown is on and excitement is building as we get ready for our annual Bush Dance next week!

The P&C and Miss Cathie will be serving up a delicious BBQ and Corn on the Cob on the night, but we can't do it without the help of our wonderful school community.

We're looking for volunteers to assist with:
✅ Event set-up
✅ Cooking on the BBQ
✅ Serving food
✅ Pack-down and clean-up

Whether you can spare an hour or help for the whole event, every helping hand makes a difference and is greatly appreciated.
