We invite all children, families, and educators to wear their favourite footy team colours and join us for a day filled with fun, laughter, and community spirit.

As part of our celebration, we will be collecting a gold coin donation to support children and families in need through Footy Colours Day initiatives.

What You'll Need:
🍓 Fresh strawberries
🍫 Milk or dark chocolate
🌈 Optional toppings: sprinkles, shredded coconut, or crushed biscuits

Method:

Wash and dry the strawberries.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
Let children carefully dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate.
Add their favourite toppings.
Place on baking paper and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until set.

This week in Kindergarten, our learning focus is all about families. Children have been using our interactive board to draw pictures of their families and share stories about the special people in their lives.

Through this experience, children are learning that families come in many different shapes and sizes, while developing their creativity, communication skills, and confidence in using technology as a learning tool.

It has been wonderful to see the children proudly talk about their family members and celebrate the unique connections that make every family special. ❤️

Our Kidi Kingdom Kindergarten children enjoyed their final excursion to the local school library for this term.

These visits have provided our children with valuable opportunities to explore the wider community, develop a love of books and literacy, and build confidence in new environments. From listening to stories and discovering new books to learning how a library works, every visit has been filled with excitement, learning, and fun.

We are excited to announce that our school library visits will recommence next term as part of our ongoing Transition to School Program, providing even more opportunities for our Kindergarten children to engage with literacy and community learning experiences.
