Over the weekend, our Netball Academy students competed in the Primary Schools Cup across 2 days of extremely hot conditions in Brisbane. Despite the heat, our students showed incredible determination, persistence and team spirit throughout the competition.

Well done to our Hawks team, who finished 14th out of 35 teams in their division.

Congratulations to our Warriors team, who finished an outstanding 3rd out of 41 teams, narrowly missing out on 2nd place! What a massive achievement!

We were also incredibly lucky to have two former HRSS Netball Academy students, Ruby and Sky, return to the competition as umpires. Thank you to both of you for confidently umpiring our games and supporting our teams.

Finally, a huge thank you to all our parents and supporters for cheering on our teams and providing such wonderful encouragement from the sidelines. And to Mrs Bennett and Mrs Lively for their dedication to training and support of both teams!

We’re excited that our Prep students are taking part in the Dreamworld Scarecrow Competition again this year!

Our Prep students have been busy creating Scout using recycled and donated materials, including the wonderful wildlife animals that surround him. ♻️💚

Now Scout needs your help!
