We were recognised alongside some incredible organisations: Ability Enterprises, Momentum Mental Health, Tony's Community Kitchen, and Hope Horizons Inc, each doing such meaningful work across our region.

It’s a truly special category to be part of, because no matter who takes home the award, you know the community wins. Every organisation here is creating positive impact in Toowoomba in their own way.

A huge congratulations to this year’s winner, Tony's Community Kitchen, who do phenomenal work providing meals and support to people facing disadvantage. Their compassion and commitment make a real difference every single day. 👏

It was great to have Trevor Watts and the Momentum Mental Health team out at Vanguard. We are really excited to be apart of a great program with Momentum, supporting locals in the Toowoomba Region.

Rojina’s first step toward her dream job has just begun!
At the start of this month, the amazing Kim toured Najwa and Rojina around Charley's Place - Glenvale , our newest employer partner.
We are excited to see Rojina start her childcare journey this month.

Vanguard proudly provided table linen for the “Legends at Their Game” fundraiser this week featuring special guest, the legendary, Sir Bob Geldolf.

A Regional Cancer Centre will be a massive win for our growing region, so playing a small part in this special event was a real privilege.

The rain didn't stop us on Friday, the team headed to Brisbane for a Social Enterprise Tour coordinated by Impact Boom and Business For Good Network .

This was a great opportunity to meet like minded people and learn more about the incredible organisations in our back yard.

Renas returned to Vanguard to celebrate his transition from the program to one of our newest employer partners.

Vanguard was Renas' first job after moving to Australia in 2023. Stay tuned for Renas' full success story!

This week we hosted Juliana from one of our customers and employer partners. Julianna has been working closely with our Employment Pathways Coordinator, Najwa to create pathways for our staff members into housekeeping. This month we proudly facilitated the transition of Asya to Park Motor Inn!
