or less. The school offers a one-on-one, private introductory course (2 lessons) with no pressure and no obligation to continue. This gives you a chance to see what the school is all about and try out the unique training style.

A fun warm up before a good sparring match!

Our kids sparring classes provide a fun and safe environment for students to practise their Kung Fu and learn control.

We strive for everyone to have a positive experience, where many can be a little nervous at first, most end up really enjoying it!

Students are often surprised to find major improvements in their Kung Fu by learning Tai Chi in tandem.

When we learn how to root ourselves, especially when playing Push Hands, it grounds our Kung Fu even further and leads to our ultimate goal: relaxed power.

Being able to spin through the air with a sword is an unlikely dream for some but it could be your reality!

Our broadsword form is something everyone is excited to learn and for good reason! It is one of the most rewarding and impressive forms. Learnt at higher sash levels, this form is one that inspires many to work hard in their training and you're just one step away from joining them!

We will be closed this Saturday the 25th of April for ANZAC day.

On this day we pay our respects to those who fought for our country and at the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.

A reminder that kung fu is not exclusive to our martial training. It is a philosophy that can be applied to our everyday lives.

When we push ourselves to do hard things that’s where we see real improvement! If you want to run a marathon are you going to do it cold turkey? Of course not! You have to train and put in the work over a long period of time. That’s kung fu. Do you want to grow flowers? You’ll have to water and nurture them over a long period of time. That’s kung fu!

Maybe you want to start doing kungfu (and we could not offer a more qualified and welcoming school)… but chances are you’re already practising yourself!

Hey everyone,

Been meaning to do this for awhile...

I don't normally endorse specific products or services very often but I know how hard it is, and how often I hear people asking for information, to find a solid, honest, reputable, and reasonably priced mechanic for services and engine work. Two of our esteemed former instructors have paired up, in more ways than one, to open up their very own garage, G and T Automotive, taking over a business formerly owned by Paul Geary in the Moss Street area. They have decades of experience in the business from a previous venture and are now doing it on their own.
