This September, we’re celebrating Father’s Day by inviting dads onto the mats!

Kids can bring Dad along to join their regular class, or kids can jump into an adult class and train alongside Dad, with Boxing, Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and Muay Thai all on offer. 💙

And it’s not just for our current members — new kids and their dads can join together and train FREE for the month of September 🥊

A chance for dads to experience what their kids love about martial arts, have some fun training together and maybe even discover a new passion of their own ♥️

What a fantastic afternoon celebrating the winter solstice! Brave adults and fearless kids made a splash with big smiles and great energy. Crisp water, warm vibes, and unbeatable community spirit.
