When Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Maitland–Newcastle received an ICAS Academic Enrichment Grant, they used it to launch their first-ever holiday workshop for high-potential learners across their region.

The program brought students together from across the Hunter Valley for immersive, challenging problem-solving — led by specialist facilitators the grant made possible.

The result? A pilot that's already set a benchmark for what comes next.
