We offer classes in Freestyle Karate, including childrens ‘Little Ninjas’ karate and ‘Tiny Tigers’ karate for preschool children, as well as Yoga, Zumba, No-gi grappling, and ‘Fighting Fit’ circuits classes.

We had a great kick off to the year with tournaments...
Mia 2nd in Sword Combat and 5th in Traditional Forms
Charlotte 1st in Power Breaking (beating her personal best and breaking adult level boards), 2nd in Highest Kick, 2nd in Creative Breaking, 3rd in Sword Combat and 8th in Flag Karate
Ash 3rd in Sumo, 5th in Sword Combat, and 8th in Flag Karate
