💗🙏🏻🌀⚛️🧘🏼‍♀️🥹 I love and appreciate Dr Joe, his teachings and meditations so very much. I’ve been following him and doing the work on and off for over 12 years now since 2014. I’ve practiced his guided meditations hundreds and hundreds of times. I’ve been to two of his Progressive live events (Sydney 2015 and Dublin 2017) and I went to an Advanced Weeklong Retreat in Noosa in 2015, which was literally like attending Hogwarts for a week. And I would still love to attend an AFU Retreat (Advanced Follow Up). And I have received many virtual Coherence Healings via ZOOM from the beautiful teams of Coherence Healers across Australia and the planet. I’ve read his book Becoming Supernatural and I cannot recommend his work highly enough. As I feel that he is one of the most important teachers in sovereignty, unconditional love, self responsibility and self healing on the planet.

And he is the only consistent spiritual, metaphysical, neuroscience and quantum physics teacher I have had since my awakening in 2012. And the only place I come back to consistently when I’m wanting to expand and advance on my journey.

And I’ve just recently started doing some of his guided meditations again recently to help and support my body, heart, mind, soul and spirit.

And I love listening to him speak, and even though it’s rarely anything new for me, always wonderful and great reminders and important perspectives.

And watching just this short clip today brought me to tears of emotion, as how important, powerful, empowering and incredible his words, perspective and teachings are, more than ever.

We are in a 1 Universal Year and the 1 is all about self responsibility, sovereignty, oneness and unity consciousness. So a perfect time to be diving more deeply into his work and teachings, especially as we are now past the halfway mark of August (a 9 Universal Month) and starting to feel the overlap of the 1 Universal Month energies of September. Which will be a turbocharging of the 1 Universal Year themes that are playing out throughout the entirety of 2026.

So a PERFECT time to be taking full, whole and complete responsibility for your life, your reality, and your heart, body, mind, soul, spirit, thoughts, beliefs and choices. Especially as the seeds that we are planting this year and especially in September as individuals and as a collective are going to be paving the way for the next 8 years of our lives here on planet Earth. Anything is Possible. ✨🦄🌈

So beautiful to see people from my home town in Frome, Somerset winning £333,333 in a lottery. A very beautiful and powerful collection of 3’s! Representing divine frequencies of joy, positivity, creativity, , storytelling, communication and upliftment.

And numerological themes that are very connected to the charities that also received some money from the lottery win as well, We Hear You (WHY) who have supported me before, and the OpenStoryTellers. X x x 😊💗💸🙏🏻🎉

✨ WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW. WOWWWWWW! 💗🙏🏻✨🎉☀️🎶🎵🦄🌈

So I watched this INCREDIBLE performance by RAYE (and some special guests) last night and it is the first full live concert I’ve watched since Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour. And even though it was a completely different style of live performance it did not disappoint. AND, it’s available to watch for free on YouTube!

I’m quickly becoming a RAYE fan, and have a deep love and appreciation for her voice, songwriting and arrangement ability, musicianship and just general vibe and approach to life.

And after looking up her Kosmic Numerology birth blueprint, I’m not surprised.

So for those of you who are interested, here are RAYE’s numbers:

And interestingly, I have three of the same numbers as her in the same locations, although I’m a 3 Expression, not a 66/3. But we are both a 1 Heart’s Desire/Soul’s Urge and an 11/2 Personality. And I’m also a Master Number Life Path like RAYE, but a 22/4 instead of a 33/6.

Anyway, it’s an incredible concert, with also some wonderful snippets of covers of gifted singers/musicians and jazz singers/musicians who have performed on the same stage at the Montreaux Jazz Festival.

And if you’re looking for something to snuggle down to watch and enjoy one evening. I can highly recommend a viewing.

Last night was a super fun Friday evening in, with the wood burning stove going, along with a yummy home made organic vegan curry and some home made banana read for good measure!

Good times! I especially enjoyed her performance of her song JOY with her two sisters Amma and Absolutely.
