Little Grommets Early Learning Little Grommets Early Learning is a government approved service catering to children from 6 weeks to 5 years.

Little Grommets Early Learning is a specially designed facility where we ensure children and families receive a nurturing environment, continuity of care, stimulation and education where all feel a sense of belonging and security. Government approved childcare centre offering 90 places and catering for children from 6 weeks to 5 years. The curriculum and education programs provided at Little Grommets Early Learning are part of a nationally approved learning framework; the Early Years Learning Framework. With a qualified early years teacher employed for the preschool room. All staff have the required qualifications and certificates to work in the child care industry, with ongoing training and education to provide high quality care for each child. We provide:
- nappies
- wet wipes
- sunscreen

Environment includes:
- creative, passive and active play spaces
- water park
- bike track
- mud area
- sand and water play
- landscaped and sustainable garden
- natural grass and play safe surfaces
- outdoor covered and waterproof areas

This morning, the children made the most of the beautiful weather by choosing to do some cooking in the sandpit. They worked wonderfully together, creating their very own sand cupcakes.

The children enjoyed pouring, measuring, mixing and carefully decorating their creations. They shared the cooking utensils and resources, took turns, and worked collaboratively as they explored their imaginative play.

It was lovely to see the children using their creativity while developing their communication, cooperation and fine motor skills through play.

💙 Father’s Day Celebrations at Little Grommets!

We recently celebrated Father’s Day at Little Grommets with a wonderful day full of fun, laughter and special moments shared with our families.

The children and their dads enjoyed a delicious sausage sizzle, along with lots of fun activities and opportunities to spend quality time together. 🌭🎉

It was lovely to see so many families join us and create special memories together. Thank you to all the amazing dads, grandads and father figures who came along and helped make the celebration such a memorable one! 💙

Since joining the Little Grommets team, Mitch has worked incredibly hard every single day. He always has a smile on his face and brings such a positive attitude to everything he does. 😊

Nothing is ever too much for Mitch, and he is always willing to lend a helping hand and support those around him. He is a wonderful educator who genuinely cares about the children and the team.

Mitch is an important part of our Preschool Studio team, and we feel very lucky to have him as part of the Little Grommets family. 💙

🍎📚 The Very Hungry Educator! 📚🍎

What a wonderful day we had celebrating our amazing educators! 💕✨

This year, our Manager chose the theme “The Very Hungry Educator” — and as you can see, our educators certainly weren’t going hungry! 😋🍰🍫

There was lots of yummy food, fabulous decorations and plenty of spoiling throughout the day. Some of our educators were even treated to a relaxing head, back, shoulder and arm massage — because they definitely deserved a little pampering! 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

A huge thank you to our wonderful families who helped make the day extra special. One of our lovely mums brought in the most delicious Educator Day cupcakes, which were absolutely scrumptious! 🧁❤️ Another thoughtful mum brought in a beautiful box of chocolates to share. 🍫

Our educators were also treated to some lovely gifts from our owners and Campus Manager. 🎁💐

It was such a special day filled with appreciation, laughter, delicious treats and lots of love.

To our incredible educators — thank you for everything you do each and every day. You are valued, appreciated and truly deserve to be celebrated! ❤️

TONIGHT: Children’s Little Bodies, Big Feelings

We’re excited to welcome Dr Andrew Trelour tonight for an important and insightful talk exploring Children’s Little Bodies, Big Feelings.

Join us as we learn more about understanding children’s emotions, behaviours, and big feelings, and discover practical strategies to support our children as they learn to regulate, communicate, and navigate their emotions.

This is a wonderful opportunity for families and educators to come together, learn, and gain a deeper understanding of the little people in our care.
