While the trophy wasn’t theirs on the night, being recognised as a finalist is an incredible achievement in itself. It highlights NCHE’s commitment to creating opportunities, investing in apprentices, and supporting the future of the construction industry.

Although the award wasn’t his this time, reaching finalist stage is a huge accomplishment and a true reflection of the passion, dedication, and impact Jake brings to his students every day.
