Out and about….AGAIN!!! We implement a Nature Play Program each fortnight in our 3 year old Wattlebyrds room at Arkinstall Park. Our bush buggy gets pulled along with materials to initiate investigative play and encourage children to explore, challenge, build, create and develop imaginative immersion into our local environment.
Our outdoor classroom……is the best type of learning! 🪾🪾🍂🍂🍁🪾

Rollin…..Rollin….Rollin……that’s how we do it!!!! Our Hummingbyrds have been rolling around our local community for the past 6 years as an embedded part of our community connection curriculum ….and are super ⭐️ with our local residents playing tennis, walking their dogs and playing pickle ball!!!! Connecting to country and community builds strong relationships and allows children to thrive in their natural environment. Keep on ROLLING 🛞🛞

Hello to all our fellow colleagues……
We know how busy everyone is right now and acknowledge how important your role is within our sector. 🙏
Pierina and I are the owners of Erlibyrds and have been passionate advocates of early childhood ..working in this space for MANY MANY years-always as part of our local community. 🌸

We established Erlibyrds as a small , more personalised service 6 years ago- in the Tweed Heads Area -and work beside our ⭐️team- each day with much enjoyment-embedding amazing experiences for our children and families. 🌸
We now have the opportunity to expand our team- and invite you to connect with us and become part of our Erlibyrds family. We have casual and PPT opportunities available and encourage anyone who is interested in a change or who would like to reignite their passion….with an appreciative and supportive management-to reach out to us. 🌸
We would love to meet you , show you through our wonderful service, chat about your journey and mostly support you ……as we navigate our early years learning together . 🌸

Please send your resume to [email protected] or call us on 0756016677. 🌸

We are excited to hear from you 🙌

Let us tell you about Miss Rhonda! She is humble, kind, generous, dedicated, loyal…. and the most hard working colleague to have in a team. She is loved by all and we are so lucky to have her as part of our Erlibyrds family.

Happy birthday to this Queen ! We shower you with love, hugs and best wishes for your special day. 💕💕

Part of being a Community….is supporting local community. It’s being there when needed. For the past 6 years…..we have loved sharing our morning at Teddy Bears Picnic-as part of Child Protection Week.
Thank you everyone who joined in our fun activities and face painting! We loved meeting many new families and seeing some familiar faces!!! Shout out to the amazing Erinn from Sacred Dance entertainment for your artistic talent! ☀️
