The Learning Lounge - music school For 27 years The Learning Lounge has been providing musical instrument tuition for people on a varie The Learning Lounge was established in 1997.

Since then we have conducted over 300,000 one on one lessons on our premises in Turramurra. We currently have 15 experienced teachers and over 200 students each week. We offer private lessons on a variety of instruments. We offer vocal lessons and musicianship lessons as well. Our teachers are passionate about passing on their musical experience to their students and making sure that their student

s have a comprehensive grasp on their chosen instrument. Students are able to organise exams directly through their teacher.

Well another Annual Student Concert over and done. I have had some beautiful compliments from parents, kids want to get bands started, adults want to rock out but this one summarizes things and makes it all worth my while-

"Thanks so much for organizing the concert. It was amazing seeing all the kids enjoying themselves and the atmosphere was so friendly like a big family event. Michael has confirmed that the electric guitar is something that he would like to continue for his lifetime through the concert. He started with very nervous and ended up with confidence and looking forward to his next show.
Sorry that we had to leave a bit earlier yesterday as we had another arrangement. It was a very nice show."

I Can't wait! The End Of Year Student Concert is getting closer. We now have 6 rock band performances as well as all the other kids playing.

Nearing the end of Term 2 and starting to hear some fantastic sounds coming from the rooms. It's a great feeling to hear improvement from all the students; it should make for a great End of Year Concert! Full Steam Ahead!
