This week we have been practising our kicking skills! Through games and guided movement, children practised:

🏃 Coordination and balance

Preschool Learning Moments💡

Children were encouraged to hold and position the scissors safely while using controlled hand movements to cut along the lines. As they progressed along their “roads,” they practised hand-eye coordination, concentration, bilateral coordination and fine motor control. Some children took their time to carefully follow the curves and changes in direction, while others explored how quickly they could move along the pathway while still remaining close to the lines.✂️📃

This experience supported children to develop fine motor strength, hand-eye coordination, concentration, persistence and confidence, while also encouraging them to explore the concepts of lines, pathways and direction through play-based learning.🤩
