💚💛 Early Explorers & Their Buddies explore the hall and the equipment!

Our Early Explorers spent time with their Year 5 buddies today, continuing to become familiar with the people and places that will soon be part of their school day.
Today’s adventure took them to our school hall, where they enjoyed some yoga and explored the gym equipment through play.
Each visit is about building confidence, connections and a sense of belonging as our newest students prepare for Kindergarten. 🌟

Connecting Classrooms Across the Globe! 🇦🇺🇰🇷

Once a fortnight, students in 5/6P participate in a 45-minute videoconference with Year 7 students in Korea.

Using topics selected by the program coordinators, students share ideas, ask questions and learn about each other’s lives, schools and cultures. It is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen communication skills, build cultural understanding and form connections beyond our own community.

This week the topic was ‘Popular Foods’. Ethan and Zayden spoke about a sausage sizzle, chicken parmi and our school canteen!
