Comprehensive 2-Year Paid Program: Students will gain essential knowledge and skills in either Operations or Finance & Business Management (F&BM) tracks, with hands-on experience in optimizing services for global clients or engaging in financial analysis and reporting.

Skill Development: The program emphasises strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills, with opportunities to work in teams, and engage in process improvement.

Professional Development: Trainees will be enrolled in the nationally recognised qualification Financial Markets Certificate from the Australian Financial Markets Association (AFMA).

Program duration: March 2027 – March 2029

🌟 Year 10 Transition Program – Exploring Future Pathways πŸŽ“

Today, as part of our Year 10 Transition Program, we were very fortunate to welcome James from the University of Wollongong (UOW) to speak with our Year 10 students.

James provided our students with valuable information about:
πŸŽ“ Career opportunities and pathways
πŸ“š The wide range of courses available at UOW
πŸ“ Assumed knowledge and prerequisites for different courses
πŸ’° Scholarships and financial support
πŸšͺ Alternative entry pathways, including UOW College
🏠 Accommodation options
🌏 The many possibilities available beyond school

The session was all about broadening our students’ horizons and helping them understand the choices available to them. This is so they can make informed decisions about their Year 11 and 12 subject selections, future study and career aspirations.

A huge thank you to James and the University of Wollongong for helping our students see the possibilities and start thinking about where their future could take them🌟
